Homemade Sugar Scrub: An Easy Gift for Christmas, Birthdays & Any Occasion

It makes a wonderful gift for Christmas, birthdays, Mother’s Day, teacher gifts, hostess gifts, bridal showers, or simply as a little “thinking of you” surprise.

Easy Homemade Sugar Scrub Recipe
You only need a few basic ingredients:
- 1 cup white sugar, brown sugar, or a combination
- ½ cup coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed, or olive oil
- Optional: a small amount of honey or vitamin E oil
- Optional: skin-safe fragrance or essential oil
Everything you need to start is right HERE– you don’t need a bunch of oils just one of your choice-read up on them and see which one suits you best. Vitamin E oil can added to the carrier oil as an extra benefit.
Simply combine the sugar and oil in a bowl and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. If you prefer a drier scrub, add a little more sugar. For a softer, more moisturizing scrub, add a little more oil.
Transfer the mixture into a clean, airtight jar.
